YEAR 7 - 8

In Term 2 and the beginning of Term 3 West Coast and Blenheim Year 7 - 8 students have been reading The Incredible Journey novel and completing activities along the way. We have now finished reading and completing activities related to the novel. We are going to watch The Incredible Journey movie and complete a comparison between reading the story and viewing the movie. It will be interesting to hear their views after watching the film.

I have seen great engagement in the novel and they have produced some outstanding power points which demonstrates their learning through the story.

BLENHEIM CAMPUS FARM PARK

Dash, an orphaned lamb, from Mrs Muir's farm has recently visited us. The students enjoyed looking after and feeding Dash for a couple of days.
Jett Clifford also bought his pet rabbit Russell in for a day. Russell manage to escape the enclosure the students made for him but he was captured again and put under tighter security!
