Student Site Exchange - Important Notice

STUDENTS WISHING TO WORK AT OUR OTHER SITES

Lately there have been a few students appearing unexpectedly at our different sites. While we love having visitors, we do need to know what is happening before they arrive. There are clear guidelines that help this process.

  1. The reason for the visit is important for their education (not just because they want to).
  2. An email is sent to the Campus Principal, the Learning Leader of the site they are from, as well as the Learning Leader of the site they wish to visit.
  3. The Student Site Exchange smartsheet must also be completed.

NB: For planned school trips, only the Site Exchange smartsheet needs to be completed.
