Thymebank Visit

On Friday 16 February Andre visited the hydroponic farm Thymebank in Marlborough. This visit was for for a Land Based Industries module, learning about Horticulture. Owned by the Roberts family, Kerry Roberts gave us a tour. 

Andre was particularly interested in the South American edible flower the Szechuan Electric Buzz Button plant which numbs your mouth!
