During lockdown I was inspired by the junior school trick shots, so I decided to see what our Year 7-13 students were made of and asked them to create their own.

We spent some PE time working on these, and I was so impressed with the learning that happened while completing this activity:

• Biomechanics - flight path, angle/speed of release
• Timing
• Feedback and constructive criticism
• Setting expectations
• Being persistent and challenging ourselves
