Last week saw the senior and junior school participate in a highly enjoyable and competitive day of action for our Upper South athletics days at Saxton track. Full credit to all students who fronted up and put 100% effort into their events. A special congratulations to the students who smashed their goals.
We’d like to thank our community volunteers who assisted during each of the days, with special thanks to those who provided all the food, lunch, morning tea and let's not forget the coffee. Also, a massive thank you to all the parents who helped out at specific events, without your help these events don't happen. Finally, a huge round of applause for Mrs James, Mrs Bryant and Mrs Idle for their superb organisation for each of the days.

For World Math Day, Blenheim, Westport and Greymouth Y3-6 students connected via Zoom for a Kahoot organised by the wonderful Mrs. Winitana.
Although learning over Zoom is an almost daily experience for some in these classes, for other students it was a completely new (and exciting) experience.
The children were divided into random teams, across the sites.
It was interesting to watch the leaderboard change throughout the quiz and to see what we know now, and what we still need to learn.
We all agree, it was a lot of fun... and we plan to do it again!

Student Exchange important note: For all campus exchange visits, including within the Upper South Cluster, this National form must be completed. The process is listed within the form. You need to ensure this form is completed and sent to your local lead CA at least 7 days before your intended visit. This is for ALL exchanges, including between our own cluster and must be signed off by REC.
