It’s Tomorrow! 2021 Graduation Ceremony
Dear all,
It’s Tomorrow! Only one more sleep until we celebrate our Year 11-13 students 2021 achievements.
All Y3-11 students arrive on campus at 8:40am and go to their Form Classes.
Y12, 13 and all Y14 and invited parents to arrive at the Nelson Campus by 8:40am. Assemble in the gym.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please read through the below guidelines carefully.
Attendance:
- Year 3-11 will view the Graduation ceremony at school, in uniform via live wall.
- It is compulsory for all current Years 12 & 13 Students and Year 14 Graduates to attend this event.
- Parent and Wider Community attendance will attend via Zoom from home
- ‘My Vaccine Pass’ will be required for all invited attendees
- Face coverings will be required indoors for all invited attendees. Face coverings are not required to be worn outdoors.
- Any justifiable absences are to be approved prior to the event by the CA and CP.
- Students at Cluster Campuses travelling to the main site for the event are to arrive no later than 8:40am.
Behaviour:
- Please remember that this ceremony is being livestreamed and will be viewed throughout the community, so it is important for students to be always on their best behaviour.
- There is to be no whooping/cheering/whistling/stamping after awards are announced – applause only.
Uniform:
- This is a formal school event, so all students must be in full school uniform and looking their best:
o Full Summer School Uniform
o Blazers for Seniors
o Ties for current Year 12/13’s
o Polished Shoes
o Hair neat and tidy
- No leavers jackets or other non-uniform items are to be worn.
- Caps/gowns are not to be worn by the graduates.
- All Graduates must wear tidy, formal attire
Student Phones:
- Students’ mobile phones are not permitted at school, as per normal school policy.
- We ask that parents support us with this and ensure their child’s phones are left at home.
Any breach of these guidelines will be dealt with appropriately by the CP/CAs and may result in parents being asked to take students home.
It is intended that after the local Graduation event is finished, all students and parents return home immediately.
No further student functions/events are to be held.
